The partnership assets were not sufficient to pay all their claims. So the question is who is liable to the suppliers? Where the partners of a real estate development partnership charged one of the partners and his company with the responsibility of developing the real estate, they effectively made him and his company agents of the partnership. Applying the provisions of the Uniform Partnership Act to the case at bar, when the partners of Vermont Place charged McGowan and his company, Advance, with the responsibility of developing Vermont Place, they effectively made McGowan and Advance agents of the partnership. Under the law of partnership, all partners were jointly and severally liable for the debts, because the acts of one partner, acting within the apparent scope of his authority, bound the entire partnership. The court found that the trial court did not clearly err in determining that the mechanic s liens, held by the suppliers, were inferior to the construction mortgages perfected by the banks. The mortgages were recorded prior to the commencement of the construction of the improvements on ea ch project site, so they were prior to the suppliers liens, relating to construction materials obtained thereafter. The Effect Of Cultural Values On Mergers Myassignmenthelp.com

Questions: 1.How was BCGs Yves Morieux view on Organisation 2.What is Organizational Culture? And Why Should We Care. Answers: 1.Executive Summary It is important to adopt effective policies and procedures, which would help the organizations to compete with the rivals in the same marketplace. This activity is based on the video of Yves Morieux and tries to establish the fact if organizational structure always follows the organizational strategy. The organizations are complex entity, which are increasingly adopting suitable measures so that they can survive in the market for a longer duration (Van Aken 2012). In the video, Yves Morieux claims that the organizational structure follows the organizational strategy. However, this is not applicable in all the scenarios. There are situations when the strategy also follows the organizational structure, especially in the cases of bad governance (Baker 2014). If the organization lacks improper management or is unable to formulate the right strategy at the right times, then it becomes dependent on the organizational structure (Van Aken 2012). The organization may not be able to respond correctly to the market opportunities as well as threats. This can take place when there are number of organizational layers between the decision-making levels and the operations level. In such cases, there may be lack of proper communication between all layers of the management. The organizational strategy requires deep understanding of the external as well as internal facets, which is derived from the clear advantages of organizational dynamics (Baker 2014). These dynamics is derived from a number of tools such as game theory, system analysis and micro-economics (Baker 2014). It is important to understand the organization and understand the main work profile of the organization. it is important to identify the positive dynamics of a company such as innovation, organizational learning, which often leads to improved economic performance (Baker 2014). It is also important to consider strategies of movement such as strategic partnerships, mergers and others so that an innovative approach can be set up. This would help the organization to gain competitive advantage. 2.Executive Summary This activity is based on the article on What is Organizational Culture? And why should we care?, which presents different views of the organizational culture. The second part of the activity would focus on the definition of Rolf Winkler definition of organizational culture and how it is applicable to modern day organizations. There are different interpretations of organizational culture since the nature of the topic is vast and the culture component encompasses several smaller attributes (Baker 2014). The culture of an organization is a gamut of activities which are all interconnected (Alvesson and Sveningsson 2015). There are variety of perspective of organizational culture which have been opined by different persons (Baker 2014). The article on What is Organizational Culture? And why should we care? presents different views of the organizational culture which are mutually related (Watkins 2013). The organizational culture is viewed as consistent behavioral patterns in the organization while some others feel that it is shaped by the compensation given to the employees (Alvesson and Sveningsson 2015). If the employees receive financial as well as non-financial compensation, then they would be satisfied, which would lead to positive organizational culture (Scott 2013). The organizational culture tends to integrate its members and the individual components. It can also be compared to a social control system that reinforces correct thinking in the organization. The culture of one organization may or may not be similar to that of another organization (Alvesson and Sveningsson 2015). There are several factors that influence the internal cultural variations in an organization., which contributes to number of different views of the same organizational culture. I agree with the Rolf Winkler definition of organizational culture that states that there is not only one culture in the organizations but it is a combination of various sub-cultures (Watkins 2013). There are a number of internal business functions such as marketing, finance, operations and others which impact the overall functioning of the management. The different business units and the number of stakeholders also affect the overall culture of the organization. It is also true that there are several sub-cultures that may exist within a single organizational culture (McDonald et al. 2015). There can be different business units of the same company, which are located at diverse geographical locations (Laulajainen and Stafford 2013). It is not mandatory that all these business units have same organizational culture. It is important for the business leaders to understand the cultural variations in the same organization and devise strategies accordingly. The history of the acquisitions and the mergers of the company also provide valuable insights regarding the organizational culture (Ahern Daminelli and Fracassi 2015). The management of such mergers go a long way in defining the sub-cultures of the organization and they can also shape the decision-making patterns of the organization (McDonald et al. 2015). It is the duty of the managers to take account of all the cultural as well as sub-cultural components while formulating important decisions for the organization. Conclusion This activity tries to establish the fact that the organizational structure and the organizational strategy are the mutually exclusive components of the same company, which co-exist and support each other in the day to day functioning. It can be concluded that there are different views of the organizational culture, which is applicable to modern organizational culture. The modern-day organizations are complex entities, which are driven by number of internal variations. The connection between acquisitions and the mergers with organizational culture is also discussed. References Ahern, K.R., Daminelli, D. and Fracassi, C., 2015. Lost in translation? Continuing Professional Development For the Role of Pharmacist

Questions: This Continuing Professional Development for the role of pharmacist Reflection: 1. What do you need to learn? 2. How is this learning relevant to the safe and effective practice of pharmacy? 3. Why do you think that this learning may be useful for your future practice? 4. What have you learnt? 5. Give an example of how what you have learned could be applied to patient care in your future role as a pharmacist 6. What have been benefits of these activities to your learning? Answers: 1. What do you need to learn After reading the entire literature on Hepatic Disorder, I have come to know about the morphological and physiological aspects of the organ. I have highlighted towards several topics, which I need to analyze in details. I need to understand about the effective strategies facilitating towards minimizing hepatic disorders from the patients of England. I need to understand the effect of Hepatic Disorder and its consequences among the patients who are suffering from it. I need to know about the strategies undertaken by the recent medical practitioners to reduce (or eliminate) the effect of hepatic malfunctioning. I need to learn about the various consequences of hepatic disorder. This would be in relation to the viral agents and the development of malignancies. I need to learn about the strategies for managing the complications of hepatic disorder as it would be a powerful factor. Understanding the patient evaluation strategies along with acquiring information about liver assessment would be the primary objective of the study. Keeping a track on the drug intervention along with the therapeutic interventions for enhancing the health outcomes would be my target purpose for the research. Thereby developing the drug for gaining a productive outcome in the future would be the primary objective of the study. 2. How is this learning relevant to the safe and effective practice of pharmacy Learning about Hepatic Disorder helps in understanding the rationale regarding the drastic consequences of several common disorders. Hepatic Disorder leads to several consequences such as Jaundice, Pale Stools, Dark Urine, Spider Naevi, Bruising Bleeding, Encephalopathy, Portal Hypertension, Splenomegaly, Varices, Gynaecomastia, Pruritus and Ascites. Thus, assessing the factors leading to such disorders along with the carnal knowledge would help to minimize these effects to a huge extent. The various drug assessments such as Luxative therapy for preventing Hepatic Encephalopathy (HE), Rifaximin, L-Ornithine-L-Aspartate (LOLA), Spironolactone (for treating hepatic ascites) are involved. Thus identifying the high-risk factors of hepatic disorders leading to various consequences highlights towards the involvement of safety and effective practice of pharmacy Hepatic disorder in an individual tends to highlight several drastic consequences. This includes Jaundice, Pale Stools, Dark Urine, Spider Naevi, Bruising Bleeding, Encephalopathy, Portal Hypertension, Splenomegaly, Varices, Gynaecomastia, Pruritus and Ascites. Thus, assessment of the liver function at the early stage of the disease symptom needs to be analysed efficiently. Liver Assessment includes routine Liver Function Tests (LFTs), which includes Bilirubin, Aspartate Transaminase (AST), Alanine Transaminase (ALT) and Gamma Glutamyltransferase (GGT). These effective learning therapies are effective in promoting safe and effective practices in the pharmacy. 3. Why do you think that this learning may be useful for your future practice I think that learning about hepatic disorders along with its medical practices are crucial for future practice because this is one of the most common causes of death in England. Hepatic disorders are mainly accustomed due to improper lifestyles. This includes excessive alcohol consumption, obesity and infections due to hepatitis B and C. Thus, minimizing these consequences would be an efficient and challenging issue for a medical practitioner. The medical practitioners along with the several medical research teams would definitely target in minimizing these consequences in the future. Apart from the factor of Hepatitis, Liver malfunction is also caused by malignancies. Hence, screening for hepatic disorder would also help in developing research studies for cancer in the future. Moreover, the cost of medication for the hepatic disorder is quite high as compared to the other treatments in England. From the literature review, I have learnt that the disease cost for hepatic malfunctioning is 460m per year (on an average scale). Thus, reducing the effects of hepatic disorder would not only be philologically effective, but it would be adequate help regarding financial aspect of an individual. Thus, reducing these factors would contribute to develop a hepatic disorder free environment in the future. 4. What have you learnt I have discovered a brief review of the pathophysiology of the liver disease. The literature initiates with the basic structure and function of the liver. The organ being 1.4 kg (for women) and 1.6 kg (for men) is mainly divided into two loves. The entire structure is made up of hepatocytes, which is the metabolic cells of the liver. The liver has the function of metabolism (carbohydrates, proteins, fats, thyroxine, bilirubin, insulin, various medicines, hormones, aldosterone and vitamins. The organ synthesizes plasma proteins, clotting factors, cholesterol, glucose, bile, amino acid and urea. Storage of fat-soluble vitamins, glycogen, regulating the blood sugar and providing immunity are the associated functions of the liver. Furthermore, I have learnt about the two types of liver diseases, i.e. Acute Liver Disease and Chronic Liver Disease. When the onset of the symptoms does not prevail for six months, then the patient is subjected to acute liver disorder. On the other hand, the patients suffering from more than six months are accustomed to Chronic Liver disease. There are various causes of liver diseases which are observed by me while studying the literature. One of the primary causes is consumption of alcohol. This is supported by the occurrence of viral infection. It is estimated that Hepatitis A, which spreads via oral fecal causes hepatic disorders to a great extent. Hepatitis B causes chronic disorder despite having the effective vaccination. The transmission mainly occurs via infected blood and bloody fluids. Hepatitis C is a blood-borne virus, which is primarily transmitted through injectable drug usage. Apart from the viral infections, the hepatic disorder can also be encountered due to genetic imbalance. This includes the Haemochromatosis, Wilsons disease and Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency, which results to severe liver malfunctions within an individual. Hepatic disorders are also attained by autoimmune effects, which affect young women between the ages of 20-40. Primary Biliary Cirrhosis, which causes accumulation of small and intrahepatic bile ducts, results in the formation of fibrosis and cirrhosis. Malignancy is also associated with the hepatic disorder largely. 5. Give an example of how what you have learned could be applied to patient care in your future role as a pharmacist As I have learnt that many medicines cause liver dysfunction, this leads to the development of direct toxicity of the metabolites. It was estimated that patients with the pre-existing hepatic disorder are not associated with increased risk of Drug-Induced Hepatotoxicity (apart from metho-methotrexate and sodium valproate). The drugs induce all forms of acute and chronic hepatic disorders. Hepatic disorder in an individual tends to highlight several drastic consequences. This includes Jaundice, Pale Stools, Dark Urine, Spider Naevi, Bruising Bleeding, Encephalopathy, Portal Hypertension, Splenomegaly, Varices, Gynaecomastia, Pruritus and Ascites. Thus, assessment of the liver function at the early stage of the disease symptom needs to be analysed efficiently. Liver Assessment includes routine Liver Function Tests (LFTs), which includes Bilirubin, Aspartate Transaminase (AST), Alanine Transaminase (ALT) and Gamma Glutamyltransferase (GGT). Thus developing drugs against such disorders would be the key objective for the pharmacist. The drugs need to be developed at an effective rate, which would broaden the spectrum to an enormous extent. Hence, being a pharmacist I would insist on withdrawing every drug that has the possibility to develop hepatic malfunctioning. This would be an effective therapy for the patient, which would reduce the catastrophic phenomenon to a huge extent. 6. What have been the benefits of these activities to your learning The activities undertaken from the literature context would highlight towards the medical intervention associated with hepatic disorder. The background highlighted towards the possible outcomes of over-consumption of alcohol, thus providing a social awareness statement for the community. Moreover, the awareness of various drugs susceptible to developing hepatic disorders is simultaneously highlighted in this context, which needs to be precisely monitored before public usage. Apart from these, the literature focused towards the benefits of the drugs, which are associated towards minimizing/eradicating the consequences of hepatic disorders from the community. As observed previously, the hepatic disease is one of the most common factors of England causing thousands of deaths every year. Hence, understanding these risk factors would help in minimizing these factors and thereby saving these affected patients to a huge extent. Thus study provided a social awareness by interrelating the effect of alcohol consumption on hepatic disorders. Apart from the social awareness factor, the study also correlated towards the various factors of hepatic disorder such as malignancy and viral pathogens. Thus, it provided a room for further research regarding this interrelationship status to develop effective therapies and drugs against these issues. This is one of the biggest benefits related to the study, which signifies towards a better future for tomorrow.

Im in Cannes, to save his life - was nearly escaped Craigs mouth It is unlikely that in the atmosphere of a generous sun, bustling waterfront terrace, luxurious receptions, anyone would take seriously the words of a successful producer. even for a long time not to release new films. Only relatives would try But even for them, our hero is closed. People like Craig, longer watch what they say, its when they attract, they guessed inner strength The girl -. Every mans dream beautiful, but not on this bet. With this there is always something to think about But what she needs, and who she really is, and why she knows so much about it?! All of these issues revolve in the air, along with the emerging sense But in this personal life hero finally came stability, reliability, confidence with the one that is just as beautiful, just as smart, just as independent and at the same time, committed to. lyrical atmosphere of history, I tried to convey to show a nice background a platform on which screaming spot stands out rampant film art artists and n sevdoartisty, hustlers, scam artists, buyers and sellers, gossips, prostitutes, pornographers, critics, hangers-on, the characters, the losers of the year in its nakedness. The pursuit of the almighty dollar. . Bordering the joy of the people the film industry with rigor and fickle world of cinema  » Against this background, the contrast stands a story of love pure, touching, vulnerable Leave all the achievements in the past, it was and it was, and try to go to his field through another gate. Heres what Craig has to do. As it is not easy! It is necessary to pay tribute to the character of the hero. You will meet with a clever, shrewd, not without self-irony, the hero, trying to keep the mind cool during hot heart, and sometimes on the contrary Once Upon hearing an unusual, but real love story, Craig conceives himself to write a screenplay . The manuscript not so bad, the one who brought thousands of amendments to other people. But how dare show their work and learn whether he is worthy of at least a two-hour attention ?! How else then wait for the verdict, and the one who used to first decide the fate of many authors ?! This task becomes almost impossible Only the inner strength, the rod the skeleton, I would say helps the hero. Even if he gives his work for someone else. After all, the identity of this magnitude does not stumble right. Or am I not right? Rather, it can, but to climb harder, in front of everybody Fall just do not have to take off, and thats a long flight to be ?! It all depends, again, from a woman and from the allotted time I would like to mention a quote appeal to the author, it seems to me, directly to the reader: By the end of the second month, he realized that to tell the story the old man and young girl thats not all. Not all, because in this story there is no place for him. Not him in the flesh, not the circumstances that forced him to sit every day, at a table in a quiet hotel room, and his beliefs, his character, his hopes, his judgments about the times in which he lived. Without this, all that he had, in the end, neither created, would be incomplete, useless.  » There is no good works without expression in its own convictions of the author. Irwin Shaw confirms my own views on the literature: Without a visible copyright participate, in their own words and deeds is important to reveal what it means for Americans, the second half of the twentieth century, the love of all intrigues, compromises and humiliations to which man pushing money, morals, authority, status, affiliation a particular class, cr asota and lack of beauty, honor and dishonor, illusions and disappointments.  »  « WITHOUT VISIBLE PARTICIPATION COPYRIGHT !! There is no pressure! Everything is free, for love! Irwin Shaw manages it as very few people, and for that I put it in a number of his favorite writers. His position in life is very close to me. An Evening in Byzantium Review Essay Example An Evening in Byzantium Review Paper Essay on An Evening in Byzantium Jess Craig 48 years. Hes a film producer, yet known, but standing at the very edge of the abyss of oblivion. For five years, Craig is the creative is not the search, not the crisis. He arrives in Cannes on the famous film festival, to, in his words, to save his life. Chances of survival are, for Hollywood, in spite of its short memory, still learns and recognizes the former Arbiter young playwrights and directors. Craig was still in the game, but does not allow the festival whirlpool tighten it into a series of secular banquets and parties. In Cannes, he has another goal he had come to reassert itself and, most importantly, he finally has something to say However, not only about his return to the movies day and night thinks Jess Craig.. In the novel, there is another line the women. No, not love, not romantic, but it is women. They are many, and all (everything) Belle (a kind of Olympus sample 1970). But Craigs women (who were also quite a few) a rare beauty. Each of them had a special relationship. But there is no love in the novel. Maximum a fad. In my opinion, this is a plus. Strong romantic line would greatly handled the product. And so everything is in harmony and moderation. Craig holds his saving campaign in an environment beneficial for men and attractive women, he is full of memories of the past and hopes for the future. In this sense, it is not the protagonist, upholding the highest values of cinema as an art. No, hes one of those people who make a movie good money. When you do a movie, you do want it to look? But something still makes it stand out. Jess Craig truly loves what he does. Cinema his life. Cinema and the only love of this man, and all his women, no matter how they were queens, ever laid a secondary role. As a whole we can say about the book? She is interested in. The major role played by the excellent show tongue. Wonderful composition, everything is clear and to the point no empty sentences or phrases. If you listen to the story interesting conversationalist. As for the plot, it is also quite good. And yet .After Rich man, poor man (a favorite of my book) in the Evening in Byzantium I did not have the scale. I feel this book does not leave a clear imprint in my memory and strong impressions in the shower Or, perhaps, I could not see the magnitude of this in the glare of the spotlight Cannes ..
